My son is a direct entry student and has completed articleship for 15 months. He would like to terminate his articleship as he woule like to take up employment for some time. I have the following questions:
1. Can he submit form 109 by mutual consent, though its beyond 1 year if my auditor is agreeable to this.
2. Will he be able to take up group 2 in IPCC, after submiting form 109, since he has completed the required nine months of articleship
Please advise.
