Ariticleship leave period - help plz

Dear frnds,

Please tell me the procedure for the below problem

Im CA final student cam from PE 2 ... i have jus complited my articleship period and submited 108 form ... actually i have taken 165 days as leave.. previously i know that as PE2 student will have 180 days as leave .. but i got a letter from the institute that "termination of articleship due to 9 days excess leave." 

Please tell me the procedure to complite this issue
