ya roopal execpt account and tax all paper are same its 100% right as i gave last time nov09 exam of ipcc both group and pass one group

Yes thats  true EXCEPT accounts & tax all d QPs are same. REason being :

 1. Accounts of PCC is split into 2 parts for IPCC ( namely Accounting & Adv accounts)

2. In PCC taxation   weitage of Income tax act  is 75% & that of ST n VAT is 25% whereas for IPCC weightage of  Income tax act  is 50% ,  ST 25 % n VAT is 25%.

(in other subjects there are differences but very minor if u go by topics for each subject)

because  the syllabus is also same

the difference in account is due to a/c paper is divided in two parts

& in taxation service tax & vat are of 50 marks, thats y for these two subjects icai offered different papers for pcc & ipcc

otherwise there is no difference in syallabus
