acquisition of Meryll by BofA,

ailing AIG,

the recent bailout of Freddie and Fannie and the Bears Stren by the fed,

the subprime and the credit crisis,

the uncertainity about the next political party that will occupy the white house and their economic reforms,what makes the dollar appreciate against the rupee?
