How Does the First auditors of the company will be appointed as per 619B or as per normal provisions of section 224?By which date they can be appointed?
According to me your company is not a Govt. company read with section 617. Your first auditor will be appointed by the board of directors within one month of registration of the company in accordance with section 224(5).
