I have attached board resolution for appointment of an existing director as the Managing Director of the Company. Can some one please check it and suggest me if any corrections needed?

HIIIIIIII THE PERSON APPOINTED AS THE MD CANNOT BE AUTHORISED TO FILE FORM 25 C FOR APPOINTMENT OF MD. AUTHORISE ANY OTHER DIRECTOR.

SECONDLY FIRSTLY REGISTER THE AGREEMENT IN FORM 23 FOR REGISTRATION OF MD AGREEMENT

PERMISSION OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS ONLY REQUIRED IF APPOINTMENT IS NOT AS PER SCHEDULE XIII AND IF IT IS AS PER SCHEDULE XIII THEN NO NEED TO MENTION THAT .

FURTHER I WILL MAIL U THE CORRECTED COPY SOON

Authorise some other director or company secretary

If there is no separate agreement, file form 23 attaching board resolution as per section 192.
