In CA'56, for appoitment of MD/Manager, Turnover was also one of the criteria, which is not there in CA'13 (if I m not missing anything). Please confirm.

No idea. Nothing mentioned in my book regarding such a case of turnover. If there was any it should have included. But now there is no any turnover cases. i referred section 196 to 205 both inclusive.
