Appointment of company secretary in its subsidiary
Can a Company Secretary of a listed company be simultaneously appointed as a Company Secretary of its wholly owned subsidiary under sec. 203(3) of the Companies Act, 2013?
Subsidiary is a private limited company having paid up capital of more than Rs. 5 crore and hence requires to appoint a Company Secretary in whole time employment.
Please suggest.
