Appointment of auditor
does appointment of auditor is compulsory for llp if turnover below 40 lake and contribution below 25 laks . pls advise.

No need for audit under llp act if turnover below 40 lakhs and contribution below 25 lakhs
Statutory Audit as Per LLP Act, 2008 is not required in this case.... So, there is no need to appoint Auditor..
