Kindly tell me about the MCA Filling Requirments
1. Due date for Filling of Annual Return 23ACA, 23AC, 20B
2. Form no. 23B
3. any other requirment which required to be follow
Form 23AC/23ACA is required to be filed within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
Form 20B is required to be filed within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
Form 23B is not necessary in case of appointment of First Auditor.
