The Board of director of listed Company want to appoint the additional Director on the Board dated 10/02/2012 is board meeting date but one director not having the din and he applied and received the din and other approval received on 16/02/2012.
my query is the date of appointement of additional director if taken by board 10/02/2012 and file the form 32. so, tyhere is any defeult making by company or company show the appointment date after receiving the approval and din allotment by director.
