Applying for fellowship directly icwa

Hi All,

I have a few queries, One of my colleague was passed CWA Final and has an experience of 8 Years, He doesn't applied for Associate membership before, so whether he can directly apply for Fellowship in ICWA now?

If yes, is it possbile to do it online? Kindly share the link/URL and other details.
