I had done post graduate course during my CA articleship, but not obtained permission from the council. And there is rule that if you do course during articleship you will breach of regulation 65. As the course was external i didn't recognise the same.
Now institute want from me the application for condonation of above breach & reasons for the same. So please give me the application format. Urgently needed. Waiting for your reply.
