i have applied for rfd01 for refund of cash in ledger due to inverted tax structure
later i got a notice to produce hard copies before the concerned tax officer by the date fix. or the application would be rejected. the said date has expired. but till now that application has not been rejected.
and i also do not want to press the application.because i need the cash in the ledger.
can i withdraw the application rfd01.
what to do? please guide me.
