Section 180 (1) (c) whivch was earlier applicable to all types of Companies but MCA vide its notification dated June 5 , 2015 exempt the applicability of Section 180 (1) (c) to private company.
My query is the exemption still applicable or withdrawn ?

YES EXEMPTION IS STILL APPLICABLE. PROVISIONS OF SECTION 180 SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY VIDE NOTIFICATION DATED 5TH JUNE 2015
