Applicability of dtc and gst

As far as DTC is concerned, it is set to be rolled out wef from 01.04.2013. So it will not effect Nov 13 exams. For Nov 13 exam AY 2013-14 will apply.May be from May 2014 it will be applicable. (provided it comes into effect wef 1 apr 2013)

Regarding GST, depends on the date with which it is brought into effect.
