ICAI has notified the changes in the CA Finals and IPCE course on account of Companies Act 2013.
The changes shall be applicable to November 14 attempt
From 98 sections notified, 53 sections have been included in the Paper – 2,
Business Laws, Ethics and Communication, Intermediate (IPC) Course, and 45 have been included in the Paper- 4, Corporate and Allied Laws, Final Course.
With regards to audit, it appears that the 98 sections shall replace corresponding sections in the examinations.
