Dear All, 

I would wish to know the exact details pertaining to the applicability of Companies Act 2013  and Companies Act 1956 for te comming IPCC exams of Nov 2014. The sectons that will be applicable from both the acts respectively. Please Help.

Icai has released supplement material on new sections. Goto icai.org/students/bos knwldg portal/ipcc. Here u get dat material on amendments. Read rest of the sections as per old act.
