D-Vat assessing officer raised Demand notices against non submission of "C"
forms for the F.Y. 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-2017.
Now I received all pending C forms.
What is time limit to file appeal against above mentioned demands. under Dvat act.

To appeal against the DVAT demand for missing "C" forms, you must file Form DVAT 38 within 2 months of the date you received the demand notice. If you have exceeded this time limit, you must submit Form DVAT 39 along with your application to request the condonation of the delay by citing valid reasons.
