Hello - I would like to know how much time it takes for commissioner to admit the appeal filed (Form 35)& call for hearing.

Appeal filed with cit (form 35) - when can i expect hearing?

The Appeal should be filed WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of reciept of Notice of Demand (demand cases) or date of recipt of Order Of A.O (other cases)
The CIT(A) shall give the Judjment i.e CIT(A) shall pass the order within 1 year from the end of the year in which appeal is filed (IF POSSIBLE) order of CIT(A) .
