Pls. suggest, is there any requirement for any of the statutory forms for a stock transfer transaction within the Andhra pradesh.

Yes. To claim exemption for transfer of goods from one state to another, the receipient of goods need to issue Form-F to the sender for the latter to claim exemption from payment of CST.
