Hi sir please guide me through the process of registering AOP.

The process what I know is 

Registering of deed with members with 500 rs stam paper and notary

Registration of pan card of AOP

Any thing else a part from this will be required like registration at MCA site or any other things please guide

To begin with that is enough. By that you can open bank account and start your commonly interested activity.

As per the objective of the AOP the following registration/s may be necessary...

1. Registration under Society act.

2. Registration as Section 8 Company with MCA.

3. GST act

4. Professional Tax Act

5. Employees Provident Fund Act.

6. Shops & Establishment Act.

7. Employees State Insurance act.

Hello, 

The issue is A wing is incorporated as co-op housing society but the other wing - B Wing is not included in that. 

The concerned person is collecting maintenance amount from B wing members, but depositing the money in the bank is an issue. 

So till the issue of A wing B wing resolves, B wing members wish to form a registered AOP.

I want to know the procedure or documents required for the same.

The object is basically collect and deposit maintenance fees & pay water electrical expenses. 

Does it require deed or bye-laws or any such document?
