Can anyone tell me whether Club,Trust , Co-legatees & co-operative society should be assessed as AOP or BOI justifying ur opinion.

The Status will be assessed as thier nature. The club will be assessed as not profit making orgz. and if trust are registered under section 12 of the IT act their income will be exempt. The AOI and BOI formed with sepecfic purpose for limited period
