AOC 4 form show invalid date error.
error is Date shall be equal to or greater than the incorporation date.
while date of incorporation is 16.06.16 and agm date is 03.07.17
and this agm is first agm of company.
please give any solution.
Raise a ticket on MCA website under mca services tab.
Do you get the solution of this error, as i am also trying to file the AOC-4 and it shows the same error?
Take new form, fill the data and try...this is working.....
Mr.Shriram's idea worked for me!
Quickest solution is remove AGM date and then just click on "Prefill" next to CIN number (on first page) and then it will allow you to put new AGM date, without giving error.
A ticket can be raised regarding this on MCA services tab on MCA's website
