My articleship have been completed on 26th April 2011 but my CA denies to sign my FORM – 108 with no reasons and he want that I should continue my articleship till October 2011. But I don’t want too.
So anyone can tell me, what to do……?????

First say to sign form and give oral assurance i m comes upto but dont give any written assurance. If form signed by your emplyer submit the same to inst and then say your employe bye bye. . . . . . . .

What he say?? U should say form should be submits whith 30 days. Even if not signes, use TEDHI UNGALI for it.

I told him so....
but he said "you have taken excess leaves, because of that i am facing this situation"...
But the interesting thing is that there is no proper attendance records of any of the other articles of our firm ....
Because of that i cann't find any relevent information about that fact.....
You should again meet with your employer for recording in mobile. Keep on your mobile recording before entring office any say Again to sign the forum. If he not signed then asked what you want sir ??? Try to get more from his side. Then complaines to inst

I don't think that he knows........
Try to sign ur form by hook or by crook, and if there is no attandence record than thats not ur problem. U can never ask about maintaining the attandence record. U r not a kid n u better know whether u hav taken 6 months excess leave or not. After dat post ur query on e sahaytha. They wil surly help u
see....request him again....its all abt ur career so dont be ashamed even in begging !! But even after that he refuses and at that tym u dont have any option.....then make a complaint to inditute by visiting BOS !!
