I have heared about that the noticification will be come on 13th March

is it from believable source?...if they reduced to 3 years my articleshp is already over by last november 2010...me continuing to complete 31/2 years....

13th March is a saturaday and institute is closed on that date.

Provide creditibility of your information or is another rumour...

I mailed to institute in this regard on 6th march 2010 and i got reply as follows. I request to you all to send mail to institute on email ID scravishankar @ icai.org

Reply from institute :

A PCE passed (either registered for PCC or converted from PE-II to PCC) can
appear in the Final Examination after completion of prescribed period of
articleship i.e. 3½ years.

Students are advised to continue their studies and prepare for examination
as per the present set of Regulations.
