I am giving my first attempt by this june 2016,
But i don't think i can clear it by thistime. As haven't prepared much
So i need little information about next attempt, is there any syllabus changes for next attempt?

Why you want to first of all skip this June attempt? Did you not have time to study or there was some compelling reason for you to come to this decision?
Didn't got much time to concentrate on cpt because of my b.com exam, And seriously i don't think i can clear it this time,
But i am not gonna skip this attempt, i will give the attempt and will gather some knowledge,
so brother tell me... the syllabus will be same for December? Atleast for those who already gave a attempt before December ?
Yes, in most likely scenario you will be give some 3 to 4 or may be even more attempts to clear your CPT Exams, don't worry. Institute is going to make an announcement very shortly of the applicability of new syllabus along with extension granted to existing students who are yet to clear their examination.
ICAI said that “We are hopeful that we will able to get the permission of the government to introduce CA new syllabus 2016 and once we get the permission from the government then we will able to launch CA new syllabus 2016.
They did not make any announcement yet. But ya there is a change in syllabus 
ICAI is waiting for the approval so there is no change yet, But you can read this for more details
