Can anybody answer me whether a NRI can claim deduction under Chapter VI a who has made LIC premium payment in foreign currency?

• Drawings- It is that amount which is used by proprietor or owner for their personal use. Therefore it reduces the balance of capital a/c. 
• Outstanding Salary - Salary O/s is an administrative expense. If the salary o/s is related to the previous year then it shall be debited to profit or loss account as an expense and the amount related to current year shall be shown as current liabilities unde the liabilities side of the balance sheet.
• Sales return- Sales return occur when customer return defective, damaged or otherwise undesirable products to the seller. Sales Returns a/c is a nominal account. It provides the information relating to the value of goods/stock returned by the buyers to whom the stock has been sold. It is shown as deduction from Gross Sales in credit side of Trading A/c. 
• Charity -It is shown Under liability side of the balance sheet if it is for specific purpose.

No he can not claim the deduction
