friends, the president has to be thrown away from that position.the guy rejected all the transfer applications based on medical grounds.those genuine students have to beg for mercy.this is absolutely injustice.some of them are moving to the court of law.who do he think he is? this is absolute violation of fundamnetal right.he should not be spared.please help those unlucky students who are being tortured.is there a legal remedy for this? the ICAI is not the permanent court of justice.the bl**dy president is not the one to command the situation of the life of students

But, he's about to leave.., marnewale ka kya marenge yaar......
If her termination is rejected, that means she's still registered with her old employer only....
Look, two legs cant be taken from the surface toghether...,similarily, when she ends from one place, then and then only she's stated as with new articleship.... U cant say that first she got off from her old office and then she applied for termination....it is impossible....
Her off from old office due to medical reasons can be termed as LEAVE... pure leave only......
