It seems you want to file various forms, in this case i would suggest you to please go through help file which is also available on the MCA site. You would get all the details over there in respect of each form.

I have done Filing of IT return for the said company. All the details of Balance sheet and Profit and loss account are ready in excel format along with schedules and auditors and directors report.

Can i use the same excel sheet  and word sheet ? What is a better option to scan the documens with my scanner or shall i use the MCA website for PDF conversion.

Also regarding form no 20B do you have any format of annual return which i can attach ?

With the e-forms of MCA only PDF format can be attached. You can convert your word / excel file in the pdf file. Then attach with the respective form.

Wud like to mention one thing more out here, that the accounts shud be signed by the directors and then attached as a fair practice.

how can you attach digital signature with word file and then convert the same in PDF file

First convert the word file into PDF form, then attach this PDF file to the e-form.

Finally Digital signature is to be affixed to the e-form.

Can any one guide me to fill the details as it is the first annual return for the companies/? As the company has issued the sharesto the relatives so i have to give the information for the financial parameters
