Within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting as per section 159 1. for this year last date of AGM was 29.09.2007. 2. if your previous year AGM and this above AGM gap shall not exceed 15 months 3. accounts must be lead in AGM not older then 6 months.( ie if your financial year clousure was 31.03.2007 ---by september 2007) in totality if your accounting year was 31.03.2007 and PY your AGM was hold on or after 30.06.2006 then this year AGM hold upto 29.09.2007 (saturday) and Balansheet( e form 23ACA & AC) upto 29.10.2007 and Annual Return (e form 20B) by 29.11.2007.
