I have an query regarding the annual return on foreign liabilities and foreign assets to be submitted to RBI-
Ours is an Indian company having WOS situated in US.
While filing the Sec-1, Point -9, it asks for Identification of the reporting company in terms of inward FDI-
1. Foreign Subsidiary
2. Foreign Associate
3. PPP
4. SPV
5. Others
Can I leave this column blank, since its not applicable on us?
If Company has only Outward Investment and no inward FDI, then the reporting company (in terms of inward investment) under Section I (Item 9) should be Selected as Option ‘Others’.
