What Annual return format shall be used for YE 2014?
As new AR is to be filed in form MGT 7 which is neither mentioned in circular 9/2014 nor the e form is available on the website.
What should be done in this case?

It is clarilied that Form MGT-7 shall not apply to annual returns in respect of companies whose financial year ended on or before 1st April, 2014 and for annual returns pertaining to earlier years. These companies may file their returns (Form 20B/21A) in the relevant Form applicable under the Companies Act, 1956. (Circular No. 22/2014 dated 25.06.2014).
