is it mandatory to give all inward detail's HSN wise in GSTR 9

No need if turn over less than 2cr.

yes needs to provide only for those inward
supplies which in value independently account for 10 % or more of
the total value of inward supplies.

Turnover less than 1.5 cr not REQUIRED to give hsn KINDLY read help table in that tab
