Is annual return forms are active. when I tried to file annual return for which audit is not required annual return tabs are not active

have you filed all returns for 2017-18? GSTR 3B and GSTR 1?

Yes .... you can access GSTR 9 only if all your returns GSTR 1 & 3B is filed for fy 2017-18

Yes form is active if you have file all the return for fy17-18 then only you can file annual return

we all are facing the same issue. gstr1 and 3b are filled but the gstr 9 tab is not working. may be changes are being made
