Last date to file GST Annual Return ( GSTR 9, GSTR 9A and the Reconciliation Statement GSTR 9C ) is 30.06.2019.

30-06-2019 is due date for filling annual return. In your case GSTR9A applicable

Currently No forms for annual returns is available on gst portal.
