Dear All,
Do Listed companies and other prescribed companies need to take form MGT 8 from practicing company secretary for finanical 2013-14. i feel it is not required to be obtained for this year, since Annual return in form MGT 7 is not required for the finanical year 2013-14 as clarified by ministry by circular company need to file annual retrun in schedule V for financial year 2013-14 since financial year ends before 1.4.2014
