Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether an individual can attend an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in two capacities: as a personal shareholder and as a representative for a body corporate. The consensus is that this is permissible, provided the individual acts as a proxy for the body corporate and has obtained written consent. It's also noted that if attending in both capacities, at least two individuals must be present at the meeting.

Representative can be proxy of the corporate.
the proxy should get written consent of the corporate for attending the meeting.
If you are attending the agm as shareholder and again as a representative of body corporate then you have to get written consent of the corporate

Pl read Section 105(2) of Companies Act 2013, you can infer the answer to your question.

Yes he can but there must be atleast two persons present in meeting
