what are the different mca firms to be file annually in respect of private limited companies and private limited companies.

It depends upon the Company
like AOC-4, MGT-7 are annual filing forms which required to be filed by each company
But there are forms like DPT-3, MSME retutn which shall be filed based on deposits/borrowings and payment due to msme respectively.
so check accordingly

Is it mandatory to file dpt 3 and msme if company doesnt have deposit and borrowings?
Dpt 3 is mandatory...msme is to be filed only if payment to msme vendors is outstanding or paid after 45 days
