Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the annual compliance requirements for private limited companies with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Key filings include Form AOC-4 and Form MGT-7, which are mandatory each year. A board resolution is also required, along with the directors' report and a list of shareholders. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) must typically be held before 30th September, though extensions were granted for FY 2019-20 due to COVID-19.
