An sridhar or sd bala for sfm?

I know this topic gets asked a lot, but i am really worried about SFM and i am still not sure if i am studying the right way from the right book

I bought Ravi kishore's book, but don't kinda like it............its too exhaustive and you really don't know with so much theory that what to leave and what 2 read....

Upon doing search through net, i came across these two authors and i would like to know which book explains concept better and is concise at same time........
