Dear Friends
Ours is a public Charitable trust in Mumbai. The maximum trustees that can be appointed is 7. We want to appoint new trustee which will make the total trustees to 8.
Can anybody tell what is the procedure to amend this clause in trust deed related to max. number of trustees?
