Respected Sir/Madam,

We have already made amendment of Form ST-2 electronically in which we added a service, WORKS CONTRACT.

Please tell me what documents are to be attached with Form ST-1(amendment) to complete amendment of Registration Certificate. Also tell me the complete process for amendment.

For adding a service in your ST2, no proof is needed to be submitted physically specifically for addition. But you have to submit certain documents like address proof (trade license etc) and company PAN card. I eman the same documents or part of them which were submitted at the time of original registration.
