Amendment of epcg licence

You can simply make a covering letter along with original epcg license stating the export items to be added. Chartered engineer cerrificate also has to be amended to this effect. You may note that the EO amt remains the same, but the products to exported should be considered according to the amendment. If you are not exporting such products you want to add, why do you even consider amending it ?

We intend to export rice of various varieties .we are not sure which variety we will export in next consignment. We want to discharge eo so that our BG is released at the earliest

Consider the possible varities and include all the ITC HS codes in the list

Sir, we made a mistake in choosing the Port of Registration. We have wrongly choosen "Bangalore(INBLR5)" instead of the correct code "Bangalore Air Cargo (INBLR4).

Request you to suggest the procedure for getting the "Port of Registration" amended in the EPCG License..
