Please clarify, we have a Unlisted public ltd. company. we have already circulated the notice of AGM for the same, now we want to do some other special business in the same AGM can we amend the notice accordingly, but there is a less than 21 days left in the AGM.
Please Advice.

u can get it done by getting consent to shorter notice of AGM. u can get the consent before the AGM or in the AGM itself.
