In amalgamation question of advance accounts paper of IPCC Nov 2010 payment made to other than (ie workmen profit sharing fund in this case) equity share holder and preference holder is taken for the computation of purchase considaration.
where it is clearly mention in As-14 that only payment made to equity share holder and preference holder of amalgamating co. will be form part of pc.
please help me.
