Am i eligible for industrial training

I registered for articles on 29-10-2008 and it will end on 28-10-2011.

So far i have taken 127 leaves(for final exams)+48 excess leaves+45 days leaves (for late counts). From when am i eligible for industrial training? Will short notice of less than 3 months to my principal is ok?

yes u r eligible.

but only nd only if your prnciple signed without considering 3 months notice period and generally no CA ask for it and signs Form 109 for Industrial training.
