Can form 112 altered as I have filled date of joining article ship as date of commencement of the other course? It's been 11 months since I joined articleship and my formm 112 is not approved . Can u please help??

Cross out the error, make the correction, and get it countersigned by the Principal (CA) if the correction is significant. 2. After Submission to ICAI Regional Office: - If the form has been submitted but not yet processed, write to the Regional Office immediately requesting a correction, attaching a corrected form or a letter explaining the error - Most Regional Offices accept corrections if raised promptly before the approval is issued 3. If Approval Already Issued Based on Incorrect Form: - Write to the Regional Office with a fresh Form 112 with the correct details and a covering letter explaining the error in the earlier submission - Attach supporting documents (enrollment proof of the correct course, etc.) - In most cases, ICAI accommodates genuine corrections since the underlying intent is to seek proper permission 4. Common Errors in Form 112: - Wrong course name or institution name: Correct before submission - Wrong dates: Can affect the validity period of permission — correct immediately - Principal's signature missing: Not valid without it 5. Contact Point: Reach out to your ICAI Regional Office directly (EIRC/WIRC/NIRC/SIRC/CIRC as applicable) by email or in person. Include your membership/registration number for faster resolution. 6.
