Alteration to memorandum of association

For one of our clients we need to increase authorized share capital. 

Due to the change in share capital, it requires that the share capital caluse has to be updated in MOA.

Question here is that, should the updated MOA contain the last section where in the subscribers under take to form the company ...etc ..etc?
