can anyone please provide me allotment resolution for alloting shares in electronic form in place of share certificates. We are a private limited company and hold connectivity with NSDL

"Resolved That 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for Cash be and are hereby allotted to the Share Holders aggregating to Rs 100,000/- (Rupees One Lacs Only) against Share application money received from the same Company.”
